The concept for the winery was developed with the idea to reveal the terroir and the special characteristics of the region to the highest degree. Approximately 1600 tons of grapes are processed in Katаrzyna Estate. The cellar is build following the natural displacement of the ground, which allows using a gravity for the grape’s transportation from the sorting lines to the vats and then to the barrels for the aging process. Vinification is carried out in 10 and 15-ton vessels of stainless steel and 400-liter barrels of French oak. "
